Across Tesuque Creek

During a hike along North Fork Tesuque Creek, I was struck my the intricate designs of these aspen trees that had been felled across the shallow water, either by man or by Nature. When the rains come, the logs would create a torrent of spray and foam, but for now, they are as calm as the water below.
