Winter Reminder

We get little snow during most Oklahoma winters, so when some snow did fall in early February, I hurried to capture some of it in photographs. This is the first painting to come from those references, a little patch of ground in south Tulsa where a few inches of snow covered the pathway through a wooded area in the suburbs.

This painting was juried into the Pastel Society of America’s 48th Annual Enduring Brilliance! Exhibition and the Red Rocks Pastel Society annual 2020 Members Show.
